I love mysteries so I’ve been examining this topic for a few months now. I’m reading books, watching documentaries, and searching the web. There are highly specialized and intelligent people on both sides of the issue. Personally, a big part of me hopes that UFO’s are not real, and that the critics can explain the thousands of events which have happened through centuries and continue to happen today. But it seems to me that the alternate explanations consistently fall short of the evidence on hand. For example, there really is no way that an experienced pilot would mistake a weather balloon for a high-speed aircraft zooming around. Come on, US military, give our intelligence a break.
Here is one point of compelling evidence I see emerging:
(1) The US government is very involved, one way or another, in this whole mystery. There are too many instances of possible UFO crashes where the military was very much involved, wouldn’t let people get close, sometimes affirming and then later denying that anything took place (despite lots of eyewitnesses to the contrary). There are too many instances of people, inside and outside of the military, who actually did find out critical information, and then were silenced one way or another. Whenever serious UFO researchers get close to attaining hard, indisputable evidence, something always stops them. It seems obvious to me that whatever the truth is, the government knows it, is highly involved, and is careful to keep it from the masses. So there’s something going on, whether aliens visiting us or some other secret, which the U.S. military doesn’t want us to know. Maybe it is nothing more than our own secret advancing military technology. But even the military has admitted they can’t explain over 700 UFO sightings (out of the thousands reported). If you would chortle at this “conspiracy theory,” take a look at the information yourself—it’s all out there on the web, in books and in TV documentaries.
