This time of year is so hectic, I wouldn't be surprised if many people would be willing to pay a small monthly subscription, in order to have someone else come in and put up all the decorations at holiday time.

The Decorator would first meet with a potential client, and find out what their decorating style is. They would learn whether the family would prefer to decorate along with the Decorator, or have the Decorator come in when they're not around and do it all, like magic. If the family owns their own decorations, the subscription cost would be less than if the family wanted the Decorator to bring in new and fresh decorations every year. The family could also work out whether the Decorator comes only at Christmas, or if they would also want the Decorator to come at other times to put up decorations, such as at the beginning of the seasons, or specific holidays like Halloween.

Subscriptions costs would start at $5.00 a month and go up, depending on the family's budget and the options they choose. I bet just about anybody could afford $5.00 a month, and would find it worth paying this throughout the year so that someone else would spend several hours putting up all their holiday decorations come Christmas. The Decorator would have to figure out how many hours each subscription would buy of his/her time, and factor in the costs of any decorations he/she is expected to prepare and bring, etc. Also, the subscription must include the Decorator's time in taking down the decorations later, as probably all clients will want this option!
