My Konos Timeline is Up!

Ever since I first learned about Konos curriculum, I loved their timeline setup. Instead of a long, continuing straight line, their timeline is set up like a cone--the B.C. century lines go up to the center, which marks Christ's birth and death, and then the A.D. century lines descend to the right. It's so compact, and allows us to see the big picture.

I had wanted to buy the lines and put them up a couple of years ago, whether we continued homeschooling or not, but I never did buy them. But recently I was able to get them at a discount from a friend, and now, finally, I have them up and ready to go.

These century lines require a rather large empty wall spot, which we just don't have. But I did have a corner of two walls which I knew was big enough. So here it is--all ready to go, in our den. I can't wait to put all of our birthdays up there!

YAY!! Don't you love little (or not so little ) accomplishments?? I like how you used the

corner to hang your timeline. I havent been able to hang ours since we had our

last baby. I am worried he will pull it down if I hang it behind his bed. I have the big

vinyl timeline, but I bet I can cut it into pieces.
