This past month I got to try out the Lunapads cloth feminine kit. It was so wonderful, I'm almost looking forward to my next cycle! I love them because as they are made from flannel, they are very soft and breathable. It's such a contrast from the chemical-laden, plastic-feeling store-bought pads. Those disposable ones sometimes change my Ph balance, and cause lots of discomfort after wearing them for a week. I no longer have to worry about that.

It was simple to set up a system, too. I bought a decorative waterproof container with a lid to sit in my bathroom. I just keep water in it, and put the used lunapads in there. Once a day I throw them in the wash--presto--they come out totally stain-free and like new again. I even chose the plain ivory organic cotton pads.
